Academic Advising
Summer Advising Assistants
Student Advising Assistants assist during
the new student summer registration sessions. New Student registration
sessions take place between late May and mid July. Student Advisors will
help new students navigate the advising and registration process. Tasks may
include: advising small student groups, assisting students with accessing
the PeopleSoft system and helping students to search for available courses.
This is a paid part-time position with 12 registration dates throughout May,
June and July. Please contact me in Room 228F of the Student Services Suite
if you are interested in hearing more about the details of this position.
Applications can be downloaded by clicking here or can be picked up in the Student Services Suite. The are due by
Friday, April 4th.
Making Appointments Online
AdvApp allows you to make appointments online with the following advisors:

- Lillie Wright
To access the Waterbury advisors at the dropdown menu choose "Hartford, Waterbury, Torrington." Other advisers may be added later.
Find your Advisor
Your adviser's name is within your PeopleSoft account. To access this
information, follow these steps:
- Go to http://www.studentadmin.uconn.edu
- Enter your PeopleSoft Login ID and Password
- Once the page loads, click on SA Self Service
- Then click on Learner Services
- Then click on Academics
- Finally, click on View My Advisor
- PLEASE NOTE: All adviser
assignments will be entered into PeopleSoft by Monday, Sept. 27th
Enrollment Appointment Time
Your appointment time is within your PeopleSoft account. To access this
information, follow these steps:
- Go to http://www.studentadmin.uconn.edu
- Enter your PeopleSoft Login ID and Password
- Once the page loads, click on SA Self Service
