Demonstration of an unusual degree of service to the Waterbury Campus, the University of Connecticut or to his/her local community while maintaining a strong academic record. Applicants must be matriculated Waterbury Campus students, who have completed at least 12 credits at this campus, and who will be continuing at the University of Connecticut as full time students the following academic year.
