Payment Information

Fee Bills can be paid, between the hours of 8:30 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.

Payment Options

If you have been offered and have accepted financial aid or have been awarded a scholarship that is NOT credited on your fee bill, you can apply on-line for a deferment by clicking here.

Failure to Pay your Bill on Time

Hold Policy

Students with outstanding balances on their fee bills will have a “Bursar Hold” placed on their accounts. This hold prevents students from accessing services such as class registration, recreation services, library services, transcripts and other services.

Late Fee Policy

If tuition and fees are not paid in full on the published fee bill due date students will incur a $150 late fee. If enrolled in the payment plan, each installment which is late will result in a $50 late fee (up to $200). If tuition is not paid by the 10th day of class an additional $150 late fee will be added to the students’ fee bill.

Student Responsibility

  • The student is responsible to review and accept or decline his/her financial aid award by logging in to his/her Student Administration account – Self Service> Student Center> View My Financial Aid. Click on correct aid year. The student is responsible for amount above and beyond what financial aid will cover by the due date. If there is a credit balance, refunds will be sent to the Bursar’s Office after the first day of class.
