Fee Bill Information

The Fall 2008 fee bill will be sent out to all incoming students during the first week of July. Please note that all fee bills are mailed out directly to the student. If you have not received a bill by the first week in July, please call Sandy Rinaldi in the Waterbury Business Office at (203) 236-9807 or Kit Casey at (203) 236-9829. You may also view your fee bill through your PeopleSoft account. Fee bills are due by August 1, 2008. After this date, a $50.00 late charge may be assessed to your bill. To view your bill:

  1. Log into your PeopleSoft account
  2. Then navigate to SA Self Service
  3. Then Learner Services
  4. Then Finances

Fee Bills can be paid, between the hours of 8:30 a.m. - 8:00 p.m., by:

  1. Check - made payable to The University of Connecticut, can be dropped off or mailed to the UConn Waterbury Bursar's Office
  2. Cash - can be dropped off at the UConn Waterbury Bursar's Office
  3. Diner, MasterCard or Discover - through the student's PeopleSoft account
    (Please note that there is a 2.5% Convenience Fee applied.)
  4. E-check (Electronic Check) - There is a one-time $5.00 fee for this payment option. Click here for information on paying by e-check.

If you have been offered and have accepted financial aid that is NOT credited on your fee bill, you can apply on-line for a deferment by clicking here.
