Fee Bill Information
The University has gone paperless in regards to student fee bills. To view your fee bill:
- Log into the Student Administration System (SA System) which is your PeopleSoft account. To log in, you will need your 7-digit Student ID, which is found in the top right hand corner of your admissions notification letter, and your password. Your initial password is a capital 'W' followed by your birth date in the MMDDYY format and finished with an exclamation point (WMMDDYY!).

- Click on Campus Finances
- Click on Payment Profile

Fee Bills can be paid, between the hours of 8:30 a.m. - 4:30 p.m., by:
- Check - made payable to The University of Connecticut, can be dropped off or mailed to the UConn Waterbury Bursar's Office
- Cash - can be dropped off at the UConn Waterbury Bursar's Office
- Diner, MasterCard or Discover - through the student's PeopleSoft account
(Please note that there is a 2.5% Convenience Fee applied.)

If you have been offered and have accepted financial aid or have been awarded a scholarship that is NOT
credited on your fee bill, you can apply on-line for a deferment by
clicking here.
