Parking Guide

UConn Waterbury Students

Students may park in the UConn Waterbury Parking Garage on Levels 2 and 3 with a valid student permit.

UConn Faculty & Staff

University faculty and staff may park in the UConn Waterbury Parking Garage on Level 1 with a valid UConn permit.

Visitors

Parking options for visitors include UConn Waterbury Parking Garage, Scovill Street Garage, and reserved visitor spaces may be available upon request.

For special UConn Waterbury events that include parking, please follow the instructions provided by event staff.

Parking Garages

UConn Waterbury Parking Garage

Attached to UConn Waterbury’s Main Building, this is our primary parking garage. To get there, navigate to 55 North Elm Street.

Parking is free on the weekend and after 5 p.m. on weekdays. Limited PayByPhone parking is available. Student parking is available on levels 2 and 3. Parking on level 1 is reserved for faculty and staff.

Available for students and guests with mobility considerations.

Scovill Street Parking Garage

This is a public parking garage and generally used for overflow parking. It is located across from UConn Waterbury’s Main Building and behind the Rectory building. To get there, navigate to 33 Scovill Street.

Please follow the parking instructions provided by the garage.

Parking Permits

The UConn Waterbury Parking Garage accepts valid UConn Area 2 parking permits in the following areas:

Students – Levels 2 & 3
Faculty & Staff – Level 1
